About CareRE 關於我們

CareER is the first joint community for students and graduates of all higher education institutions in Hong Kong with disabilities and special needs. It was established in 2013 by three founders and a group of passionate, highly educated graduates with disabilities with the aim of creating a platform for students to help one another through alumni experience sharing and a charitable job matching platform leveraging professional HR expertise.

CareER於2013年成立，是香港首個為殘疾和有特殊需要的大專學生而設的聯校學生組織。由三位創辦人及一群熱心的殘疾大專畢業生創辦，致力創造學生互助平台、校友經驗分享渠道及首個為殘疾大專生而設的義務工作配對平台，凝聚一群正面及有活力的殘疾青年展示才能，改變僱主及社會對殘疾人士的看法。

“Let’s Walk Together” Annual Fundraising Event

CareER was registered as a charity in 2014 and continues its efforts to encourage the disabled to develop their careers, with a focus on the often overlooked community of more highly educated persons with disabilities. Up till now, our operations rely on private and corporate donations.

To strive the continuous free job matching services and the sustainability of the first students/alumni union for the higher educated people with disabilities in Hong Kong, CareER is organizing its annual fundraising event "Lets Walk Together" on Sunday 19th November 2017. Objectives of this event include celebrating the International Day of Persons with Disabilities set by The United Nations, raising awareness of the needs of higher educated talents with disabilities and special education needs as well as fundraising resources to CareER.

The event will take place at Pak Shek Kok Promenade and this year we have our first charity run races (10miles and 5miles). Come join us with your colleagues, friends and family to enjoy this inspirational journey together! You will definitely be impressed by CareER's work in these years.

“同步同行”年度籌款活動

CareER於2014年註冊成為慈善機構，義務推展殘疾人士發展事業。就高學歷殘疾人士就業的情況，我們特別專注傳統社會容易忽略的地方。直至現在，我們靠私人和公司的捐款以維持營運。

為了可以提供可持續而又免費的求職服務，及持續發展第一個就高學歷殘疾人士成立的學生會及校友會，CareER將會於2017年11月19日(星期日)舉辦名為“同步同行”之年度籌款活動，目的是慶祝聯合國成立的國際殘疾人日，以提高社會對高學歷殘疾人士的關注，同時為CareER的營運籌款。

是次籌款活動將於馬料水白石角海濱公園舉行，今年新增設10英里及5英里慈善跑步賽事。歡迎邀請您的家人、朋友及同事一起參與這項有意義的籌款活動！你會對CareER近年的工作有更深入的認識！
